Who is responsible

Gallium Defense SAS, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (RCS Paris 103 443 461) is the controller of your personal data. We have not appointed a data protection officer: send any question to contact@gallium-defense.com.

What we collect

• Contact and briefing requests. Our forms do not store anything: they open an email in your own mail app. We receive what you choose to send, usually your name, organization, work email, country and message.
• Job applications. When you apply by email to jobs@gallium-defense.com, we receive your contact details, CV and any documents you attach, plus the source of the link you used (for example LinkedIn) when it is included.
• Technical data. Our host processes connection data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the website. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and follow up on a business relationship (our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To review your application and run our recruitment process (steps taken at your request before an employment contract).
• To check defense-related requests against export-control rules (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure and available (our legitimate interest).

Who receives it

Only the Gallium Defense team members who need it, and the service providers who run our tools on our behalf: Microsoft (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Google (web fonts: your browser loads the site's fonts from Google servers, which receive your IP address). We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Contact and briefing requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Applications that do not lead to a hire: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Technical logs: only as long as our host needs them for security.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies, which do not require your consent.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and give instructions for its use after your death. Write to contact@gallium-defense.com; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
